Aaron is a member of the firm's corporate law section. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general business law. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, he practiced in the Houston, Texas office of Jones Day. Aaron received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from American University.
