�ron Boros combines knowledge of the health care industry, Medicare coverage and payment processes and public affairs advocacy to assist health care and life sciences clients with a wide range of business and policy matters. Clients that �ron has advised include health care providers, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers. He has a special focus for these clients on integrating sound legal and regulatory advice with broader policy strategy, including building public and industry support. �ron also advises health industry clients on federal regulations that affect their acquisitions, and on government contracting matters.
In addition to his legal skills, �ron has practical experience in the health care industry. Before joining the firm he served as a law clerk at two Michigan-based health care providers, Trinity Health and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital System. He also advised a labor union on health benefits policy and strategy.
