Aaron Zandy, a board certified specialist in Labor and Employment law, represents private and public sector employers in all areas of traditional labor and employment law. His practice encompasses all areas relating to the counseling and representation of management clients in federal and state courts, as well as before federal, state, and local administrative agencies. As a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), he provides proactive counseling and legal advice to employers and management regarding human resource issues and related statutory and regulatory compliance. Aaron has extensive experience providing management education on legal trends, judicial developments, human resource practices, and statutory and regulatory compliance to various national, state, and local trade, civic, not for profit, and professional organizations.
He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Aaron is a member of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment and Litigation Sections; the Florida Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section; and the Orange County Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section. He is also a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Central Florida Human Resource Association (CFHRA) and the North Florida Society for Human Resource Management (NCF-SHRM) chapters. He was also the Legislative Chair for the NCF-SHRM chapter from 2002-2006. He is a graduate of Leadership Winter Park, Class 16.
