Dr. Ahmad represents companies and individuals in a broad range of business and litigation matters such as construction and real estate negotiations and litigation, negligence of design professionals, alternative dispute resolution, and structuring and reorganizing businesses, universities and non-profit corporations. Dr. Ahmad has incorporated into his law practice an extensive background and experience in engineering and construction dispute resolution. His engineering career has included duties as a consulting engineer with one of the largest consulting engineering companies in the country, and as the principal consultant in charge of the construction dispute resolution practice of a Washington D.C. regional consulting engineering firm.
