Adam Engroff is entering his ninth season with the team and his sixth as a college scout after spending 2001 as the club�s college scouting coordinator. In his current role, Engroff covers the western portion of the country in the team�s scouting system.
Engroff first joined the Dolphins in 1999 in the team�s college scouting department. During that time, he performed a myriad of functions, including college scouting and draft preparation. Prior to his tenure with the Dolphins, Engroff worked in football operations for the Orange Bowl Committee from 1998-99. He also worked for the Prep Recruiting Network from 1997-98, where he scouted high school football players.
A native of Topeka, Kansas, Engroff received his undergraduate degree from Kansas State in 1997. He went on to earn his master�s degree in sports administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla., in 2000.
