Real Estate
Adam Lesnick, is counsel in the firm's Real Estate group and has practiced at the firm since 1998.
Mr. Lesnick focuses on a wide variety of real estate, real estate related joint venture and other business transactions. He has significant experience in all aspects of the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of various real estate assets, including office buildings, shopping malls, industrial facilities, multi-family residential properties, and vacant land. In addition, Mr. Lesnick has significant expertise representing sponsors in real estate fund formation and investors in real estate funds in the preparation and negotiation of fund formation and investment documents, having represented clients with commitments to such funds in excess of $3 Billion.
Mr. Lesnick received a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law in 1996, an M.B.A. from Boston University Graduate School of Management in 1996, and a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland in 1992. He is a member of the New York Bar and the Massachusetts Bar. |
