Adriaan Nuhn, Age 54. Executive Vice President of Sara Lee since March 2003. Mr. Nuhn joined Sara Lee International in 1990 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Sara Lee International from July 2003 to July 2007. In connection with the restructuring of Sara Lee International, Mr. Nuhn transitioned out of his position as Chief Executive Officer of that business, but will remain employed with Sara Lee until December 31, 2007. Mr. Nuhn was elected a Vice President of Sara Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Sara Lee�s Household and Body Care division and a member of the Board of Management of Sara Lee International in 1995, elected a Senior Vice President of Sara Lee in 1996 and appointed President of Sara Lee�s worldwide Coffee and Tea division in 1999.
