Adrian Barden- Chief Business Development Officer
Adrian has Group responsibility for overseeing acquisitions as well as reviewing performance post acquisition. The central acquisition team will also support, where requested, integration of major acquisitions. Adrian will also drive initiatives to improve our performance in the area of added value/gross margins. In particular, Adrian will focus his attention on the area of �own brand� for the entire Group and work closely with Mike Grunkemeyer and the global sourcing team together with continental teams to develop both marketing plans and the initiatives making this a key driver of profitable growth and margin improvement for the Group. Adrian will provide support to both Rob Marchbank and Frank Roach in helping to drive continental initiatives. |
