Aileen joined KSTC in May 2005 to manage the Kentucky Enterprise Fund investments and the Innovation & Commercialization Centers. Previously, Aileen worked as a Marketing Consultant and Project Manager on a startup software initiative for Development Dimensions International (DDI), a leading human resources consulting firm providing Internet-based employee selection and assessment tools. Prior to DDI, Aileen was Strategic Alliances Manager for ANSYS, Inc., a computer-aided engineering software developer, where she managed strategic business plans, marketing initiatives and corporate partnerships with Fortune 100 companies such as Dell, HP, Intel and Microsoft. Aileen received her MBA from the University of Kentucky and her Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology from Elon University. |
