As Recordant's chief financial officer and vice president of human resources, Hermann oversees the financial, accounting and human resource functions. He is responsible for benefits administration and purchasing activities organization-wide. Al Herman has 30+ years of financial, accounting and operations experience in both private and public companies, most recently as the CFO for GlobalTech Financial, LLC. Hermann's breadth of expertise includes executive financial roles for two start-up firms and vice president of finance for the US division of Lanier Worldwide. He has also served as a member of the board of directors for American Office Products in Charleston, WV. Hermann began his career with Xerox Corporation where he held numerous financial positions culminating in the role of Controller for the Georgia Area. Hermann earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University and his Masters of Business Administration from Drexel University. |
