Alain brings over 19 years of experience in Technical Customer Service in the high tech and telecommunication industries. At SkyBitz, he directly oversees the Customer Service team, including the Technical Assistance Center and the Field Engineering teams. Prior to joining SkyBitz, Alain was Director of Program Management and Director of Field Services for Corvis Corporation which designs, manufactures and markets next generation all optical network equipment and services. From 1989 to 2000, he was at Alcatel, formerly Newbridge Networks. From 1996 to 2000, Alain was the Director of Newbridge Technical Assistance Center for North and South America supporting all of Newbridge products. Alain holds a bachelors' degree in electronics from the University of Quebec.
