J. Alan Rosen is a Certified Public Accountant and the former Partner in Charge of the Entrepreneurial Business Practice of BDO Seidman, LLP, where he led the business and tax consulting services group for start-up and growth-oriented clients. He continued in private industry as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of a rapidly growing multi-state dental services organization where he successfully implemented a rapid turn around strategy. Most recently Mr. Rosen has been a consultant with Crouch, Nunis & Matthews, LLP where he has been advising the Walt Disney Company in the implementation of its Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 compliance. His public service has included Chairman and Treasurer of the Century City Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer for Beyond Shelter, a nonprofit organization providing affordable housing/social services for the homeless and needy and served on the Board of Directors of the Foundation for the Preservation of Film Music. The Small Business Administration has honored him as "Accountant of the Year". Mr. Rosen earned his BBA degree from Adelphi University and did his MBA work at NYU Graduate School of Business. |
