Alan K. Marteney, P.E., is a Vice President of the Transportation Division in the Company's Dover office. Mr. Marteney began working with the Company�s predecessor in 1985 as a civil engineer after working for John C. Geise Engineers, in West Virginia, as an engineer trainee. Mr. Marteney is responsible for the management of transportation design projects and marketing responsibilities in the Dover office. |
