Alan M. Levinsky is a Shareholder in the Scottsdale office. He focuses his practice on creditors' rights, bankruptcy, collections and post-judgement enforcement.
He received his B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Illinois and earned his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
Mr. Levinsky is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys and the Bankruptcy Section of the Arizona State Bar. He is also a past Chairman of the Arizona State Bar (Creditor-Debtor Committee).
