Alan R. Abate, Vice President. Mr. Abate started his aviation career in 1976. During his early years, he earned his FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificates and honed his skills in transport category aircraft maintenance and modification. By the mid-1980s, Mr. Abate had worked his way into management with Hamilton Aviation, Inc. Working days and going to school at night, he earned an Advanced Certificate and AAS degree, with honors, in Business Administration from Pima College in Tucson, Arizona. Since his involvement in executive management in the early 1990s, he has been directly responsible for corporate administration and contract management. Currently, Mr. Abate is responsible for contract management and corporate administration including human resources and information systems for Hamilton. |
