While at CCS Group, Blair has:
Been responsible for CCS Group's K-12 and religious facility projects.
Managed the design, bidding, and construction of all Wentzville R-IV School District 1998 Bond Issue projects and managed the preconstruction efforts for the school district's 2000 Bond Issue projects. Funded projects included a new elementary school, the three-phased $30 Million construction of Timberland high school, and numerous building additions and renovations.
Oversaw the Gasconade County R-2 School District's 2005 Bond Issue projects totaling nearly $20 Million including a new elementary school and three major HVAC renovations.
Represented Chesterfield Day School during the construction of a new school and gymnasium addition at a new campus in St. Albans, Missouri as well as renovations and re-roofing projects at the school's original location in Chesterfield, Missouri.
Provided a variety of preconstruction and construction-phase services to H.F. Epstein Hebrew Academy, Westminster Christian Academy, Grace Doctrine Church, Block Yeshiva High School, Ballwin Baptist Church, the Ferguson-Florissant School District, the Montgomery County School District, and Living Lord Lutheran Church.
Prior to CCS Group:
Over a 19-year span, Blair served in project engineering and management capacities for three diverse St. Louis-based concerns -- a large consulting engineer company, a general contractor and a construction consultant. During that time period He was responsible for projects involving the new construction or renovation of educational, residential, retirement, office and research facilities.
Immediately prior to joining CCS, Blair was managing consultant for 15 major educational projects funded by the Wentzville R-IV School District's 1993 and 1996 Bond Issues and the Francis Howell School District's 1990 Bond Issue. Projects included three new elementary schools, the two-phased construction of a new middle school, a new administration building, renovations and an addition to an existing administration building, renovations and new construction at several high school tracks & stadiums, as well as several other building renovations and additions.
Blair is a registered professional engineer in Missouri.
Blair is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. |
