Alan manages all phases of the production process-editorial, design, and printing-from manuscript to bound book. He evaluates the composition, printing, binding, and jacket requirements for each book and creates and monitors production schedules. He is responsible for fostering relationships with printers and other external vendors. Alan is also the primary contact for our production clients on editorial, design, and printing issues. |
