Mr. Alan Simmons, SRPA is our primary distance education instructor. Alan lives and works in Colorado Springs, CO and has been an appraiser for 29 years. He has a BA in Economics from Union College, holds an SRPA designation and has taught in 40 states. He has authored courses and seminars both for live presentation and online and taught for several appraisal and REALTOR� organizations. |
