Alann M. Ramirez, Senior Vice President, is a Professional Engineer and construction expert with more than 25 years of experience. He is noted for his expertise in commercial construction transactions and for resolving complex construction disputes. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Ramirez is responsible for managing Hill's construction claims consulting operations, developing new business and ensuring the delivery of quality consulting services. Mr. Ramirez has provided strategy and direction to both private- and public-sector clients during the development phases of some of the world's most commercially and technically complex projects. He also has provided dispute strategy and resolution services during construction or after projects have been completed.
Mr. Ramirez is an attorney and Professional Engineer. He received a B.S., with honors, in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a J.D. from the Delaware Law School of Widener University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars. Mr. Ramirez is also a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Construction Specifications Institute, Association of General Contractors and the American bar Associations. |
