Albert Khoo is Director, Malaysia of OmniTouch and a Certified Associate of ICMI. Albert is an accomplished speaker, trainer and lecturer and has facilitated programs throughout Asia, Africa and Europe . His areas of expertise cover call centre management, customer service and sales management. As Director, Malaysia , Albert manages Client programs including Call Centre Industry Advisory Council (CIAC) Certification training, Service & Sales training, Mystery Shopper and Call Centre-based consulting. Prior to joining OmniTouch, Albert was Vice President, Head of Customer Service for CitiBank Malaysia, following up on a banking career with 3 other major banks in Malaysia spanning over 15 years. Albert is one of the founding members of the Call Centre Association of Malaysia and actively contributes to the further development of the industry. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Malaya. |
