Aleava Sayre is an associate at Leonard, Street and Deinard, where she focuses her practice in administrative and environmental law. Before joining the firm, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Harriet Lansing of the Minnesota Court of Appeals from 2004 to 2006. While attending law school, Aleava held leadership positions in several organizations, including the Women Law Students Association, the Environmental Law Society and the Theatre of the Relatively Talentless (TORT). She also served as a research assistant to professors David Weissbrodt and Donald Marshall, preparing for the publication of their book, The Common Law Process of Torts. She speaks both French and Japanese.
