As the CFO of Orsus, Alex is responsible for all company planning, reporting and financial management worldwide. He has played an active role in Orsus' successful fund-raising efforts with venture, corporate, private and strategic investors. With nearly a decade's experience in corporate finance, Alex leads company finance teams in the US, Europe, Asia and Israel. Prior to joining Orsus in 1999, Alex lead Mercury Interactive's Israeli operations where he managed all key financial affairs, including acquisitions and legal matters. Prior to Mercury, Alex held senior positions with accounting and consulting leader PriceWaterhouseCoopers. A certified public accountant, Alex holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and economics as well as an MBA from Tel Aviv University. |
