Alex Brown is a partner in the Bricker & Eckler business law group and chair of the technology and intellectual property groups. He practices business transactional law, with an emphasis on transactions involving technology, software and intellectual property. He serves as outside counsel to a number of companies, from startup businesses to international financial institutions. Other areas of his practice include intellectual property asset protection, emerging business and counsel for boards and executives.
