Through her 20 year career, Alexa's restructuring experience includes buy-side investor, operator and investment banker, as well as restructuring advisor. She has a strong background in all facets of business, including finance, sales and merchandising, manufacturing, costing and distribution.
Professional Experience
Alexa began her career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in the Corporate Finance Department and subsequently was part of the team managing, and later liquidating, the private equity assets during that firm's bankruptcy.

Assisted a $2 B automotive supplier prepare for a Chapter 11 filing, responsible for First Day Motions.
