Alexis van der Sterre joined Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin in July 2007. Alexis van der Sterre joined Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin in July 2007. Since joining the firm, Alexis has focused her practice on complex commercial litigation, representing trustees in actions to recover fraudulent transfers and preferential transfers, and representing defendants in bankruptcy related litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexis worked at a New Jersey litigation firm where she focused her practice on commercial litigation, concentrating in banking, creditor, and contract litigation. Her practice also extended into other areas of law, including family matters, immigration, estate planning, municipal and criminal law, and representing a private foundation.
After graduating from New York Law School, Alexis clerked for the Honorable Harold C. Hollenbeck, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Bergen County.
