Prior to joining Bao & Partners Signium, Alfonso was the Vice President of the Investment Banking Division in JP Morgan as well as Citibank in Nueva York and Madrid. He furthermore was responsible of the Financial Services Practice in Heidrick & Struggles as Senior Partner for 10 years.
