Alfredo is a Managing Director of The Silverfern Group and Head of the firm�s West Coast practice. Alfredo brings over 15 years of senior Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance experience to the Silverfern team. He has extensive experience advising both public and privately held companies and has executed advisory and capital raising transactions totaling over $16 billion for a number of leading companies in industries as varied as energy, healthcare, technology, financial services, consumer and retail.

Prior to joining Silverfern, Alfredo was a Founder and Managing Director of Consor Advisors LLC, a boutique investment bank serving Middle Market public and private companies in the consumer, health, fitness, sport, footwear and retail sectors. Prior to Consor, Alfredo was an Officer and Co-Head of the West Coast Consumer Retail Coverage practice for JP Morgan Securities based in San Francisco. Previously, Alfredo was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and Global Retail Coverage Group with Morgan Stanley in New York.

Alfredo earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University.
