Mr. Manouchehri is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of MetroStar Systems. In 8 years his leadership and team have transformed MetroStar Systems into a leading Information Technology (IT) solutions, management and consulting firm, servicing the federal, state government and private sectors. With 10 years of experience within sales and marketing, Mr. Manouchehri has developed the leadership skills and knowledge needed to build a leading IT company. Mr. Manouchehri currently provides his leadership in planning, executing and achieving MetroStar Systems� strategic and operational goals.



Mr. Manouchehri�s career includes two years with Brother International, where he served as the Director of Business Development. While working with Brother International, Mr. Manouchehri administered various partner programs and managed research teams to analyze and shed light on the cultural barriers present for Brother International products.



Mr. Manouchehri currently serves as a member of the following; Board of Directors, George Mason University Diversity Advisory Board, Falls Church City Schools (Business in Education Board), George Mason University Information Technology and Engineering School, and Advanced Industrial Development (A.I.D) GmbH in Austria Vienna. Mr. Manouchehri holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Religious Studies from George Mason University.
