As Senior Career Services Consultant, Ms. Rush draws upon more than sixteen years experience in career development coaching, training, consulting and sales marketing for a broad range of industries. Most notably, she was a founding member of a team that established several �state-of-the-art� internal career development centers within two major Silicon Valley companies in 1991 through 1994, winning the Career Excellence in the Workplace Award for one corporate project. Since then, she has expanded her consulting to include offering customized career development solutions for her national and international clients. Projects Ms. Rush has worked on have been documented in such esteemed media outlets as Harvard Business Review, Fortune, Personnel Journal, and PBS. An accomplished keynote speaker and author, Ms. Rush�s first book, Paid to Play was published by Random House in 2006. She holds a Master�s degree in Counseling from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a B.S. in Industrial Psychology and Business Administration.
