With extensive experience developing financial management tools and services, Alicia leads the BBK team in creating worldwide predictive financial tools that accurately identify distressed companies 12 months in advance of problems. She is regularly sought out to opine on the general financial health of the global automotive supply base. Professional Experience Alicia has spent more than 25 years exploring solutions and implementing cost effective strategies for her clients. Corporations have saved millions of dollars by implementing her financial recommendations. She has successfully concluded over 100 distressed and turnaround engagements with revenue bases from $25 million to over $1 billion - in diverse areas that include stamping, plastic injection molding, assembly tools, machining, castings, forgings and electronics. As Finance Manager/CFO for Ford Motor Companys Latin American Credit Operations, she was responsible for implementing corporate financial policy in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela and Puerto Rico. She initiated financial requirements and pricing policies, evaluated currency impacts, worked with the Treasury to minimize financial risk, evaluated business opportunities in other Latin American countries and reported actual/forecast profit results to management to help them make informed decisions. In her previous role as Finance Manager (Profit Analysis System) for Ford Motor Company, she developed the worldwide financial reporting and analysis system that continues to save the company tens of millions of dollars annually. She also developed forecasts, budgets and business plans involving portfolio assets in excess of $60 billion.
