Alicia Russell joined Boyden in 2006 and has more than ten years of executive search experience recruiting senior-level executives for diverse industries and disciplines. She focuses on professional services clients, including consulting, public accounting, legal and financial, and also works with the firm�s energy and manufacturing clients. Her prior search experience includes a Houston-based boutique search firm and one of the world�s largest recruiting firms.
Ms. Russell began her executive search career after teaching children with special needs in Iowa. She was also a career consultant.
Ms. Russell has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education from the University of Iowa. She is a former Area Governor for Toastmasters International. |
