Ms. Harrison is a Land Use Planner in the Santa Barbara office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and a member of the Land Use and Real Estate groups. She assists clients with property development through the local land use process, including due diligence, project design, project management, permitting and compliance. Ms. Harrison is a certified planner extensive experience in the land use planning field with both private and public entities. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harrison worked for the County of Santa Barbara and Solimar Research Group in Ventura. At the county, Ms Harrison was project manager for the Housing Element Update, Residential Second Unit Program and Inclusionary Housing Program. Prior to her housing work, she was project manager for a range of County Redevelopment Agency projects, including a regional infrastructure project and downtown beautification project. At Solimar Research Group, Ms. Harrison worked with foundations, national research groups, local government and academic institutions to analyze land use and growth patterns in Ventura County and other western metropolitan areas. |
