Alisa Tazioli joined the Seattle office of Major, Lindsey & Africa in June 2005 to focus on the in-house counsel market. She brings over twelve years legal recruiting experience from both law firm and corporate settings.
Alisa spent five years as the Attorney Recruiting & Training Manager at Bogle & Gates until joining Microsoft as their in-house recruiter where she hired lawyers in all areas of practice as well as government relations and community affairs professionals. Most recently she was a professional recruiter at Amazon.com managing their legal recruiting program.
Prior to her recruiting career, Alisa spent ten years in the Pacific Northwest legal community as a litigation paralegal and working for the court system. A life long resident of the Seattle area, Alisa received a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Washington. She is active in the Northwest Minority Job Fair as a member of their board of directors and annual planning committee. Throughout her career she has received awards including the "Recruiting Shooting Star", "Recruiting Five Star", and "Law & Corporate Affairs Gold Star" at Microsoft, the "MVP Award for Excellence" at Bogle & Gates and an award for outstanding service as Executive Director of Northwest Minority Job Fair.
Alisa lives on Seattle's Queen Anne Hill and spends her spare time enjoying various activities with her extended family including fundraising for various cancer foundations. She enjoys traveling, live music, Mariners baseball and Husky football. |
