Alison A. Lemmens is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Chicago office. She is a member of the Tax Department.
Prior to joining McDermott, Alison worked for a Chicago-based law firm, where she was the sole associate on firm team managing and maintaining the firm's largest real estate clients. She also worked for a Big Four accounting firm, as an associate in the financial services industry of tax services, focusing on real estate, banking, capital markets and insurance.
While in law school, she was an Executive Editor for the DePaul Journal of Business Law.
Alison is admitted to practice in Illinois, the United States District Court and the Northern District of Illinois.
