Alison Davis represents management in employment and labor law. She has extensive experience in addressing a number of employment issues including: OFCCP compliance issues, sexual harassment, sexual orientation, race, national origin, age, gender, disability discrimination, wage and hour practices, FMLA, USERRA, the Railway Labor Act, and wrongful termination claims. Alison also counsels employers on employment laws, policies and procedures, disciplinary actions and labor issues. Earlier in her career, she served as Associate General Counsel for Labor and Employment at the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak), Vice-President & Assistant General Counsel with Zurich North America, and later as a Partner at a Washington, DC law firm.
Alison is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. She is a member of the District of Columbia, Massachusetts and New York State Bars and the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section. Alison is listed in the 2008 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
