Alison's love for selling new construction comes from a strong background in the industry. She began her real estate career in property management when she lived in Atlanta, Georgia. She assisted in the management of a large apartment community in downtown Atlanta where she oversaw a staff of leasing agents and maintenance staff. She moved to real estate sales when the opportunity arose to sell a new construction condominium project in a revitalization effort in the midtown area. She was involved in the sales and marketing of the condos until she moved to Manchester, NH in early 2002.Alison joined The Gove Group in 2003 and currently manages the office as well as maintains several new construction listings. Alison has a New Hampshire Associate Brokers license, is a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, and holds a degree in psychology from Emory University. When she isn't working, Alison enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children. |
