Mr. Cohen, a CPA, has served as an Evergreen Solar director since October 2005. Cohen has been a core member of Arthur Andersen LLP�s restructuring team since 2002 and is one of a small number of individuals responsible for the winding down of Andersen�s professional services activities. Prior to 2002, Cohen served for 30 years at the firm in various roles, including global management for the tax and legal practices, and U.S. tax practice director. Cohen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Rutgers College and an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management. |
