Dr. Allan Churukian began his relationship with eStudySite in 2005 as Sub-Investigator at Paradise Valley Hospital Medical Center, where he is an Emergency Room Physician with JJ&R Emergency Medical Group. Dr. Churukian has been a practicing Emergency Physician for 9 years, including four years at University Community Medical Center and five years at Paradise Valley Hospital Medical Center. He is an active member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and maintains hospital privileges at Paradise Valley Hospital and Kaiser Hospital in San Diego. His clinical research experience includes Complicated Urinary Tract Infections, Pyelonephritis, Complicated Skin Infections, Community & Hospital-Acquired Pneumonias, Deep Venous Thrombosis and Venous Thromboembolism/Stroke. Years ago, he was also involved in the Human Genome Project at the Salk Institute of San Diego with the mapping of Chromosome 11. Dr. Churukian completed a Masters Degree in Human Anatomy and Molecular Cell Biology at the University of Southern California in 1991, and earned his Medical Degree from Rosalind Franklin University, The Chicago Medical School in 1997. He completed his Emergency Medicine training in 2001 at Cook County Hospital in Chicago (California Medical License #A76015). |
