Allen B. Morgan, Jr., is chairman of Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc. and a vice chairman of Regions Financial Corporation. He founded Morgan Keegan in Memphis, Tenn., in 1969. The full-service investment firm, which today has some 250 offices and owns five seats on the New York Stock Exchange, was acquired by Regions in 2001. Throughout his career, Mr. Morgan has been actively involved in the investment industry, most recently serving as chairman of the Securities Industry Association in 2002. He also serves as chairman of the Regions Morgan Keegan Select Funds.
