G. Allen Andreas III is an investment professional at Delaware Street Capital (DSC) a value-oriented multi-strategy investment firm. His responsibilities at DSC include developing and structuring privately negotiated investments in public and private companies.
Prior to his work at DSC Mr. Andreas held several positions at Allen & Company a merchant banking firm specializing in investment banking private investing and asset management. He served as Head of Private Placements and supervised all of the firm�s investments including outside sources of capital. In addition he was Head of Development for Allen Investment Management an asset management subsidiary. Mr. Andreas has also worked as an attorney at Winston & Strawn specializing in mergers and acquisitions securities transactions and private investing.
Mr. Andreas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law. He has been an OSG Board member since 2004 and is a member of the Audit Committee. |
