Allen L. Morgan joined the Varsity Group Board of Directors in February 1999. He is the Managing Director and General Partner of Mayfield, a venture capital fund. Prior to joining Mayfield, Mr. Morgan served for over 20 years as a corporate partner at the law firms of Latham & Watkins LLP in Menlo Park, Calif., and Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati P.C. in Palo Alto, Calif.
Mr. Morgan received an A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1976, a B.A. from Oxford University in 1978, a J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1981 and an M.A. from Oxford University in 1983.
Mr. Morgan is also on the Board of Directors for ValueVision Media (NASDAQ: VVTV), an integrated direct marketing company that sells general merchandise to consumers through television, Internet and direct mail. |
