Allen Tate is an associate in the firm s Litigation Department, concentrating in labor and employment law, commercial litigation, personal injury and products liability. In addition, he holds a certificate in the area of Mediation from the Office of Dispute Resolution for the State of Nebraska. Prior to beginning his legal education, Allen served in the United States Army including deployment to Bosnia-Herzegovina. During his tour of duty, he worked as a Legal Specialist, providing supervision of a department responsible for criminal law matters and general legal assistance for soldiers during their overseas deployment. While studying law at Creighton University, Allen was a member of the Trial Team that competed and ultimately placed second in the Buffalo-Niagara National Invitational Trial Team Competition. He was also a recipient of the David A. Svoboda Trial Advocacy Award that recognizes excellence in trial advocacy and professional responsibility.
