Alyssa M. Varley is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. She is a member of the Private Client Department.
Prior to joining the Firm, Alyssa was an associate with an international law firm in New York, where she worked in the corporate group.
While in law school, Alyssa was a business editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.
Alyssa is currently pursuing an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York.
