Ms. Krisko ensures KGS is and remains a learning organization, such that all we learn is carried forward to our full team of professional associates and clients alike. She leads KGS�s Innovation Center (IC), coordinating and ensuring the continual evolution of KGS�s Data Confidence� service offerings and capabilities in partnership with the KGS Leadership Team. Additionally Ms. Krisko oversees enterprise process management, process alignment to organizational policies, KGS�s industry certifications, quality management programs, the Craig Technology Center Technology Lab and in-house software solutions.
Ms. Krisko began her tenure with KGS and its predecessor, Pinkerton Computer Consultants Incorporated�s (PCCI) Government Solutions Division, in 1994 and has been instrumental in developing our core Data Confidence� capabilities throughout her tenure. Recent contributions include managing the launch of Data Governance Support for the US-VISIT Program within the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to that, she managed and contributed technically to our Data Administration and national award-winning Enterprise Data Architecture efforts for the FDIC.
Concurrently with client engagement activities, Ms. Krisko also led internal organizational process improvement activities resulting in successful advancement from a SW-CMM� Level 2 certification to a CMMI�-SE/SW Level 3 maturity rating.
In prior positions, Ms. Krisko fulfilled project management, requirements analysis, process analysis, data analysis, and software development roles for American Management Systems and Andrulis Research Corporation.
Ms. Krisko brings 21 years� experience providing results-oriented leadership, program management and technical solutions for strategic enterprise data management and process improvement challenges to our leadership team. Ms. Krisko earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science/Information Science with honors from Binghamton University, State University of New York. |
