Alyssa A. Rower is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, resident in Milbank's New York office. She is co-author of "Preparation Matters When Videotaping Depositions" (2007) and author of "The Legality of Polygamy: Using the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment" (2004), among other articles. Prior to joining Milbank in 2005, Ms. Rower was a law clerk for the Honorable Ruggero J. Aldisert of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Rower received a B.A. in Psychology, cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 2001. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law in 2004. During law school, Ms. Rower served as Editor-in-Chief of the Alaska Law Review and the Interscholastic Coordinator of the Moot Court Board. |
