As Director Consumer Services and Human Resources, Mr. Shafi is responsible for the strategic direction of the company's Consumer Services Units and its marketing strategy. He also oversees the hiring and people strategy that helps CyberSoft recruit, train and retain the most talented professionals in the market. He sits on the board of directors of the company and his other responsibilities include looking after the Accounting, Finance and Administration functions of the company. He holds an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences and BS in Business Administration from Boston University with specialization in marketing and finance. He was on the Deans honor list of his MBA class and was awarded the silver medal for being the second best graduating student of his MBA class. |
