Amos joined Johnson Capital in 1993 and has been involved in the firm�s largest construction, permanent, and structured debt placement assignments. He advises clients seeking debt for acquisition, repositioning, construction, and refinancing of all types of income properties. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, Amos was vice president of Pacific First Bank, the domestic subsidiary of Royal Trust Company, the largest trust company in North America. At Pacific First Bank, Amos managed and restructured a billion dollar non-performing loan portfolio and completed construction and permanent debt transactions. Amos is an active member of numerous trade organizations and a graduate of Pomona College, with a B.A. in economics. |
