Mr. Amr Osama Abdel-Aziz holds a Master degree in Environmental Engineering from the American University in Cairo and a Ph.D. from North Carolina State University. Dr. Abdel-Aziz is currently and adjunct assistant professor at the American University in Cairo. Mr. Abdel-Aziz has vast experience in climate change, air pollution modeling and emission inventory development. He is an expert at the UNFCCC reviewing annex I parties green house gases emission inventories. Mr. Abdel-Aziz has diverse consulting experience in the energy and environment fields, especially CDM. His expertise was developed by working in tens of energy and environment projects with reputable organizations including UNDP, UNEP, DANIDA, and FINNIDA. Mr. Amr Abdel-Aziz leads MGM's team in the Middle East and Africa region and contributes to new client identification in the region. He evaluates and manages project opportunities and technologies designed to abate GHG emissions in different sectors. |
