Amy C. Mainelli Burke concentrates her practice in the areas of employment law and intellectual property. She graduated from Boston College with a degree in Biology in 1999, and graduated from the Northeastern University School of Law in 2003. She was admitted to the Bars of Massachusetts and Rhode Island in 2003. She is a member of the Intellectual Property Law and Employment Law Sections of the American, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. She has participated in the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association since 2005. She is also a member of the Copyright Society of the U.S.A., the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association. |
