Experience:
Ms. Seneshen received her J.D. from The College of William and Mary in 1997, where she was a member of the William and Mary Law Review. Ms. Seneshen has substantial experience in corporate matters as well as domestic and international business transactions, especially as they relate to oil and gas and mining. Ms. Seneshen has been designated as a Rising Star by 5280 Magazine, which recognizes the top up-and-coming attorneys in the State of Colorado. She is the past co-chair of the Legal and Legislative Committee of the Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen and served as the co-chair of the Landmen�s 54th Annual Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Institute in 2008. She serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Colorado Bar Association�s Natural Resources and Energy Law Section Council. Ms. Seneshen is the author of "Lessee and Transferee Qualifications," Law of Federal Oil & Gas Leases (2005) and "An Overview of Rocky Mountain Oil and Gas Law", National Association of Division Order Analysts, 2005 Annual Institute.
